Create portal troop folders and assign progress reports without changing the files or folders in Google Drive.
Add boy, girl, or family troop folders using names such as 71B MO, 71G MO, or 71F MO.
Combine one or more former troop folders into a surviving troop. This is intended for changes such as a boy troop and girl troop becoming a family troop.
Search the PDF records in D1, select reports, and place them in the correct portal troop folder.
Correct Scout information, review assigned records, and resolve duplicate profiles.
Select reports below when they need to be reassigned to a different Scout.
Reassign only the selected progress reports while keeping both Scout profiles.
Move all reports, import keys, and parent assignments to another Scout, then delete this duplicate profile.
