Can view every Scout progress report for this unit. A Leader cannot manage access unless the Scoutmaster separately allows it.
Can view only the Scout or Scouts selected for that adult. Parent access does not grant access to the rest of the unit.
Adding an adult sends a six-digit code that expires in 15 minutes. Tell the adult to expect the email and complete it promptly.
The Scoutmaster controls delegated management and role transfer.
Unit-wide record access.
Access limited to selected Scouts.
Resend an expired code or cancel an invitation.
Only the current Scoutmaster may complete this action.

Return to RecordsReview the Scouts and classes added or changed by each completed import. This is a summary of record activity, not a preview of badge requirement details.
Record activity emails are on by default for Scoutmasters and off by default for Leaders. Change this setting for the selected unit at any time. Activity remains available here when email is off.
Scoutbook identity setup is available to adults assigned as a Scoutmaster or Leader.
Return to RecordsPATH checks the Scouts included in this export. Upload a My.Scouting roster or add missing BSA membership IDs manually, and correct a prefilled name only when the official roster is different.
Updating these fields does not rename the Scout in camp records or alter any historical progress-report PDF. If a membership ID is already attached to another Scout, PATH will stop the save so the duplicate identity can be reviewed safely. Roster rows that do not match a Scout in this export are ignored; PATH never fuzzy-matches a name automatically.
Upload the Roster Report CSV file from My.Scouting. PATH will compare its youth names and BSA membership IDs with the Scouts attending camp. All other information is ignored.
Scoutbook export is available to adults assigned as a Scoutmaster or Leader.
Return to RecordsReview the completed merit badges PATH found for one unit and session, resolve any warnings you can, then download the pipe-delimited Scoutbook Plus import file.
No Scoutbook downloads are enabled for this year.
Every exported Scout must have a membership ID. Rows missing a usable badge ID, period, date, or name are counted in the summary and omitted.
This file contains completed merit badges only. It does not contain partial merit-badge requirements, prerequisites, ranks, awards, or non-badge camp activities. Keep the PATH progress reports as the detailed supporting record.

Records support requests may be submitted by Scoutmasters and Leaders for their assigned units.
Return to RecordsHelp us locate missing records, correct Scout information, or resolve an account-access concern.
This is an evolving system as older records are matched to current Scouts and units. A missing Scout or report most likely already exists and simply needs to be connected or updated. Please submit one request with as much detail as possible and allow time for review. We appreciate your patience.
Avoid submitting the same issue while it remains open.

Items that may need review or correction.
Manage account status, unit roles, delegated access, and Parent access in one place.
Review public requests before creating any account or granting access to records.
Create portal troop folders and assign progress reports without changing the files or folders in Google Drive.
Add boy, girl, or family troop folders using names such as 71B MO, 71G MO, or 71F MO.
Combine one or more former troop folders into a surviving troop. This is intended for changes such as a boy troop and girl troop becoming a family troop.
Search the PDF records in D1, select reports, and place them in the correct portal troop folder.
Choose which downloads leaders may use, then set the session Friday dates and period end times separately for each camp year. Updating a future year never changes a historical year's settings.
Maintain the AdvancementID and source used when PATH creates Scoutbook merit badge import files.
Review missing records, previous-troop requests, information corrections, and account issues.
